Chris with Rowland Pest Managment service our house today for roaches and we had the best experience! Chris was very kind, informative, patient and punctual. He was incredibly thorough with the services and was great at explaining step-by-step what he was doing, the process as well as how our follow up will go. We have animals and I’m always nervous of them being exposed to products and he made sure that nothing was sprayed, airborne and they use safe products, which is a big plus for me! He was also very clean and didn’t leave a mess behind.
